OUR FOCUS IS SOUTHWEST FLORIDA

FACTS:

Florida Department of Corrections 95,626 people are incarcerated with an annual budget of $2,510,606,499 – (Billion) 86% of Florida inmates will get released someday – 30,000 are released from Florida prisons each year. 25.6% or 7,500 of the released inmates return to prison within 3 years with the biggest risk in the first 12 to 24 months. Every year 1600 potential HORN program participants are released from our (4) local prisons.
